Real Estate Specialist

About the Role

Akshya Space Consultants is seeking a full-time Real Estate Specialist to work on-site in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting clients throughout the property transaction process, from initial identification to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and list properties.
• Conduct market research.
• Organize and attend property visits.
• Advise clients on suitable property options based on their needs and budgets.
• Manage inquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Coordinate documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiations for sales and leasing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of properties, leads, and transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and individual targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and property types.
• Sales skills with the ability to manage leads, convert prospects, and negotiate effectively.
• Customer Service skills to handle client queries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, conduct regular field visits, and manage time efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools: CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and online property platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Development or exposure to project planning and evaluation is beneficial.
• Relevant educational background in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
