F & B Associate

About the Role

As an F&B Associate, you will contribute to food and beverage excellence, gaining hands-on experience in food preparation, service, and presentation. You will deliver memorable experiences to guests by spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support service staff in setting up tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing after meals.
• Greet guests, respond to basic inquiries, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Help prepare dining areas before service, including cleanliness, layout, and stock readiness.
• Participate in training sessions to understand F&B standards, service protocols, and product knowledge.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused.
• Ensures precise setup, presentation, and service.
• Clear interaction with guests and team members.
• Works well with others while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
