Team members gain exposure to end-to-end wedding planning, event management, and guest experience design in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is an internship role based on-site in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at the office and occasional support at event venues. The role offers hands-on learning in the Indian wedding industry and exposure to professional event management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with day-to-day activities related to wedding and event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Assist with vendor communication.
- Prepare event schedules and checklists.
- Gather and organize client requirements.
- Help with on-ground logistics during events.
- Contribute to basic documentation, data entry, and the creation of simple presentations or reports.
Qualifications
- Interest in Indian weddings, event management, or hospitality, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and support occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
- Professional, respectful attitude and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and with people from different backgrounds.
- Proficiency in common productivity tools (such as email, spreadsheets, and presentation software); familiarity with social media is a plus.
- Current student or recent graduate in any field; coursework or interest in events, hospitality, or management is beneficial.
