About the Role

SH Holz & Modulbau GmbH is seeking individuals for a Dual Study Program in Civil Engineering (B.A.) (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration in technical, conceptual, and organizational aspects of construction projects.
• Leadership of small construction projects under the guidance of an experienced colleague.
• Active participation in construction cost calculation, project management, and contract negotiations.
• Acquisition of knowledge in product technologies, manufacturing and assembly techniques, building physics, and statics.
• Application of theoretical knowledge within the team and development of personal optimization suggestions.
• Coordination of internal processes, considering customer requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• General university entrance qualification, technical college entrance qualification, or comparable qualification.
• Enthusiasm for construction processes in timber modular construction and their implementation.
• Sense of responsibility, determination, and interest in the construction industry.
• High degree of motivation, independence, and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills and quick comprehension.
• Technical understanding and confident use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• General university entrance qualification, technical college entrance qualification, or a comparable qualification.
• Be passionate about construction processes in timber modular construction and their implementation.
• Demonstrate responsibility, determination, and interest in the construction industry.
• Exhibit a high level of motivation, self-reliance, and flexibility.
• Possess strong communication skills and quick comprehension.
• Have technical understanding and be proficient with MS Office.
