About the Role
Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
- Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Must have an active driver's license prior to the first day of employment.
Qualifications
Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role is preferred.
A business or otherwise related academic major is preferred.
A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities is preferred.
Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
