About the Role
AJC Edutech Private Limited is seeking a proficient English Expert specializing in both Objective and Descriptive English for regulatory body exams such as RBI, SEBI, NABARD, IRDAI, and other competitive examinations. The role involves delivering high-quality classes, creating exam-oriented content, and supporting learners in mastering English comprehension, grammar, writing skills, and descriptive answer structuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for enrolled students covering both Objective and Descriptive English.
- Take live YouTube sessions to engage and educate a broader audience.
- Create generic English-learning videos for YouTube, focusing on grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, and descriptive writing techniques.
- Update, refine, and expand chapter-wise English notes in line with the latest exam patterns and requirements.
- Develop high-quality questions for practice tests, quizzes, descriptive assignments, and full-length mock exams.
- Review and evaluate students’ descriptive English answers, providing detailed feedback for improvement.
- Respond to student queries across platforms to ensure clarity and enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the content and academic teams to improve course quality and maintain consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong command over grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, and descriptive writing formats (essays, letters, précis, RC).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching experience or familiarity with ed-tech platforms is an added advantage.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Open to fresh graduates with strong English skills and to experienced educators proficient in Objective and Descriptive English for competitive exams.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: New Delhi
