Benzindia Pvt. Ltd. is seeking individuals for full-time, on-site roles in Gurugram. We are an emerging player in the electric vehicle (EV) sector focused on delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

EV Technicians

• Perform day-to-day servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electric vehicles.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records.

Store Keepers

• Manage inventory of parts and tools.
• Oversee material receipts and issues.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure timely availability of components.

Supervisors

• Oversee workshop operations.
• Allocate tasks.
• Monitor work quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate schedules.
• Support communication between management, suppliers, and the on-ground team.

All Team Members

• Follow safety protocols.
• Maintain organized workspaces.
• Collaborate effectively.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to use basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality in daily operations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site workshop environment.

Qualifications

For EV Technicians

• Relevant technical knowledge or experience in automotive or EV maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.

For Store Keepers

• Experience in inventory management, stock handling, and basic record-keeping.

For Supervisors

• Background in supervising teams, coordinating workflows, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications (for Technical Roles)

• Diploma, ITI, or degree in automotive, mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
• Prior experience in automotive or EV service centers is an advantage.
