Assistant Engineer

About the Role

LONG LIFE ELECTRONICS PVT LTD is seeking an Assistant Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role supports senior engineers in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products, including BLDC fans, LED TV motherboards, and PCB assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in design, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products.
• Assist in production line setup.
• Monitor manufacturing processes.
• Perform quality checks.
• Document test results.
• Help implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Help resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to timely delivery and reliability of products.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in electronics engineering principles, including circuits, components, and PCB design or assembly.
• Practical skills in testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of electronic products or assemblies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes for consumer electronics, preferably BLDC fans, LED products, and PCB-based systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of basic quality control practices, measurement tools, and safety standards in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams on-site.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced factory setting in Noida and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior internship or work experience in an EMS, electronics manufacturing, or similar environment is an advantage.
