Recruitment Trainee

About the Role

The Recruitment Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves assisting in end-to-end hiring activities, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. The role supports interview processes, maintains candidate databases, and ensures clear communication with applicants and hiring managers. The trainee will also assist with onboarding and training coordination for new team members and collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship in modern recruitment practices within a growing travel-tech organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end hiring activities.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Support interview processes.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new team members.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Effective Interviewing and Communication skills.
• Training-related abilities, such as assisting with onboarding and supporting basic orientation activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Comfort with using recruitment tools, job portals, and basic HR software.
• Proficiency in MS Office is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Noida.
• Proactive and learning-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Internships or projects in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
