Key Responsibilities

Commercial Loan Servicing

• Process trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.
• A process by which a company (mortgage bank, servicing firm, etc.) collects interest, principal, and escrow payments from a borrower.
• This includes sending monthly payment statements and collecting monthly payments, maintaining records of payments and balances, collecting and paying taxes and insurance (and managing escrow and impound funds), remitting funds to the note holder, and following up on delinquencies.
