MIS Automation tester

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, report specifications, and MIS reporting needs.
• Design and execute test cases for MIS reports, dashboards, and data workflows.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Perform ETL, database, report, and dashboard testing.
• Develop automation scripts for repetitive validation activities.
• Validate scheduled jobs, report generation processes, and data transformations.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Reconcile data between source and target systems.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects through closure.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Data Engineers, and Reporting Teams.
• Prepare testing reports, quality metrics, and test execution summaries.
