This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and evaluating commercial properties.
- Conducting market and financial analyses.
- Preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients and investors.
- Managing client relationships.
- Coordinating property visits.
- Negotiating terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting transaction execution from initial inquiry through closing.
- Maintaining accurate records of listings and deals.
- Staying informed about local market trends and regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align projects with company objectives and client requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate skills, including property evaluation and market understanding.
- Finance skills for analyzing investment returns, pricing, and transaction feasibility.
- Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and build long-term relationships.
- Skills in negotiation and stakeholder management to support successful deal structuring.
- Proficiency with office and real estate productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in commercial property brokerage, development, or investment is highly beneficial.
