• Compensation: Up to ₹28,000/month + attractive incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective learners over calls.
• Understand their goals and recommend the right course for their spiritual journey.
• Explain course benefits and certifications with clarity and confidence.
• Handle objections and turn interest into enrolments.
• Follow up with warm leads to close conversions.
• Keep lead records and follow-ups up to date in the CRM.
• Hit sales and enrolment targets, and earn incentives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Admission Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• A target-driven mindset with a hunger to convert.
• Confidence on calls and in handling objections.
• A relationship-builder who solves problems.
