This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Distribution role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying prospective clients.
• Presenting relevant financial and wealth management products.
• Closing sales in alignment with company targets.
• Managing existing client relationships.
• Responding to inquiries.
• Providing high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely processing of transactions and accurate documentation.
• Tracking sales performance.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Participating in training or product update sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Strong Sales skills (lead generation, negotiation, closing deals).
• Training and Sales Management-related skills.
• Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or product distribution is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and basic numerical skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts or leads concurrently.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in common office and CRM software.
