About the Role
The Sinequa Engineer works with the Sinequa enterprise search platform to help organizations search, analyze, and retrieve information from large amounts of business data.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure search applications across documents, databases, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.
- Connect data sources, crawl content, and manage indexing pipelines.
- Configure queries, relevance ranking, filters, facets, and metadata.
- Perform backend development working with APIs, JavaScript, Python, Java, or other technologies depending on the project.
- Work with AI and NLP, including natural-language processing, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), depending on the platform version and implementation.
- Resolve indexing failures, search-quality issues, access-control problems, and performance bottlenecks.
