Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Issue materials to the production department as per authorized requirements.
- Update daily stock registers and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain inward, outward, GRN, and material issue documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, follow FIFO, and ensure safety and 5S standards.
