Position: Telecaller – Financial Products
Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Understand customer financial requirements
- Explain suitable loan and financial products
- Generate qualified leads
- Follow up with interested customers
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Collect basic customer information and documents
- Coordinate with the sales/relationship team
- Maintain accurate lead and call records
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets

- Home Loans (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Personal Loans (PL)
- Business Loans (BL)
- Other financial products offered by the company
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills
- Hindi & English required
- Marathi will be an advantage
- Confident and positive personality
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Sales-oriented and target-driven
- Willingness to learn financial products
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
