Junior Architect

About the Role

The Junior Architect will support project teams in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and documentation for a variety of projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the in-house team and active involvement in project meetings and reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD and BIM drawings.
• Assist with design development.
• Create presentation materials.
• Coordinate with consultants under the guidance of senior architects.
• Participate in site visits and record observations.
• Help implement design changes based on site conditions and client feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows, such as using and integrating CAD/BIM and visualization software.
• Skills in Project Management, including basic planning, coordination, and task tracking within project teams.
• Strong visual communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Eligibility for local professional registration (or working toward it) is preferred.
