About the Role
Aradhaya Realty is hiring a Sales Associate with a Telecaller + Field Sales profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling:
- Client introduction with company name (Squaresathi).
- Presenting project details for Plot/Flat Booking in Lalita Kunj / Sunshine City.
- Delivering a 5-point pitch covering:
- Location and Connectivity (Yamuna Expressway, Jewar Airport 99 KM, NH-44).
- Future Growth (Braj Master Plan 2041, potential for price doubling).
- Legality (Land Fully Paid, Registry, Mutation, Direct Bank Loan).
- Financing (70% loan via HDFC/ICICI/PNB/Canara).
- Project specifics (100-300 Sq Yd plots).
- Highlighting development updates (World Class Amenities, Underground Electricity, Water, 24x7 Security, CCTV, Street Lights, Modern Infra).
- Mentioning the launch event with Sunil Shetty for Lalita Kunj.
- Follow Up & Feedback:
- Tracking client interactions in CRM.
- Sharing WhatsApp brochures.
- Conducting follow-up calls.
- Site Visit Management:
- Coordinating client site visits.
- Arranging pickup and drop from the office or direct site.

Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 0-5 Years (Freshers welcome)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000
- Incentives: High Incentive ₹20,000 - ₹1,00,000 per booking
