Management Trainee

About the Role

The Management Trainee (Fresher) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru. This role offers a combination of on-site work and some flexibility to work from home. The trainee will support cross-functional teams in financial services, legal and compliance, and software solutions, gaining exposure to core business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding.
• Prepare basic reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Learn company workflows.
• Participate in training programs.
• Shadow senior team members to understand service delivery and client relationship management.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn, follow structured guidance, and gradually take ownership of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply foundational business concepts across finance, legal, and technology domains, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new software platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Finance, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Demonstrated interest in financial services, legal compliance, or software solutions through academics, projects, or internships is an advantage.
• Integrity, a client-focused mindset, and readiness to work in a hybrid setup from Bengaluru with some remote work flexibility.
