Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves assessing children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills; developing individualized treatment plans; and delivering evidence-based interventions in clinic and group settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions.
- Document progress.
- Update goals.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers to support home-based strategies.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and physicians.
- Participate in early intervention and sensory integration programs.
- Contribute to social skills groups and parent training sessions.
- Maintain professional standards.
- Engage in continuous learning.
- Support a child-centered, inclusive, and safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with children across varied developmental levels.
- Proficiency in supporting functional independence and participation.
- Ability to build rapport with children and caregivers.
- Ability to provide clear guidance to families.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Relevant licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience in pediatric clinical or school-based settings.
- Familiarity with group therapy, social skills training, and parent coaching (an advantage).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
