About the Role
Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. This program offers a career path with a clear beginning and opportunities for growth. The position is located at 1320 Versailles Rd. Frankfort, KY 40601.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Engage with the community to establish relationships for building business.
- Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Understand the importance of putting customers first.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- Criminal Record: No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 months of graduating with a Bachelor's Degree.
