Role: UX Design & Research Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UX Design & Research Consultant for a short-term remote engagement supporting a leading organization in the Banking / Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver UX Design and User Research activities to improve digital user experiences.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Translate research findings into actionable UX recommendations and design improvements.
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align UX solutions with business objectives.
- Present research insights, communicate design decisions, and confidently manage stakeholder feedback.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong hands-on experience in UX Design and User Experience Research.
- Experience conducting User Interviews, Usability Testing, and Qualitative Research.
- Good understanding of User-Centered Design, User Journey Mapping, and UX best practices.
- Ability to translate user research findings into practical UX improvements.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar UX design and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, assertive, adaptable personality with the ability to handle direct feedback.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, short-term consulting engagement.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
- Experience working on digital banking platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise digital products.
- Previous experience in remote consulting or contract-based UX projects.
