Wireless Retail and Customer Service Associate

About the Position

Overflow Enterprises, Inc. is expanding its retail team in La Vista, Nebraska, seeking friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, learning about new technology, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at assigned retail partner locations.
• Educate customers about wireless products, mobile plans, and service options.
• Explain current wireless promotions, features, and benefits.
• Help customers compare products and identify suitable wireless solutions.
• Answer questions about smartphones, mobile services, and connectivity options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Support in-store product promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Work with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• No previous wireless experience is required.
• Paid training is provided.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Opportunities
