About the Role
Roopshri Resorts Limited is seeking a Fresher Reservations Executive for their Corporate Office in Mumbai. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with outstanding English communication skills and a strong desire to succeed, aiming to handle qualified inbound customer inquiries, present luxury hospitality offerings, and achieve high reservation conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and consult on 25 to 30 qualified inbound calls daily from prospective guests.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly target conversion percentages, converting inquiries into paid confirmed bookings.
- Showcase the unique aspects of a destination like Matheran, reframing its car-free eco-zone and secluded geography as an exclusive luxury sanctuary.
- Clearly articulate property features, package inclusions, and promotional tariffs with premium verbal polish and persuasion.
- Execute strict follow-up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) over call and WhatsApp within 5 minutes for missed or pending inquiries.
- Ensure 100% accurate recording of customer interaction data, booking status, and follow-up schedules in the tracking system.
Training & Mentorship
- Receive direct mentorship from Senior Management in consultative advisory, luxury objection handling, and booking finalization techniques.
- Internalize an uncompromising 'never say no' attitude, executing tasks with absolute speed, accuracy, and operational discipline.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Aviation, Hospitality, Business, or Arts preferred).
- Exceptional command over spoken and written English, with neutral diction and highly professional phone etiquette.
