Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end hiring for doctors and therapists.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, healthcare networks, colleges, and hospitals.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination.
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines.
• Track interviews, offers, and joining status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process.

Job Details

• Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week, on-site
• Stipend: ₹20,000/month

Qualifications

• Psychology background preferred (BA/MA/MSc Psychology or related fields).
• Candidates from other relevant backgrounds with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and eager to learn.
• Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
