About the Role

Rinsee Cleaners is looking for an HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role will involve hiring both blue-collar employees for store and operations roles and white-collar employees for office and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit blue-collar and white-collar employees as per business requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Manage interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Support routine HR activities and employee queries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR may also apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable recruiting for both frontline and office-based roles.
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow up with candidates.
• Preference for candidates based in Pune, especially those who can commute to Viman Nagar.
• Available to join immediately or at short notice.
