About the Role
Leading a team for performing data analysis and reporting statistical reports and key trends as support for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily, month-end, and quarter-end reports and PPTs.
- Perform in-depth and accurate data analysis.
- Release all daily BAU reports after thorough review, ensuring they are released on time and with accuracy by maintaining a tracker.
- Manage a team that generates and distributes management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end PPTs for management reviews.
- Attend regular meetings with management to note latest updates and cascade them to team members.
- Mentor and coach team members in new technology to improve skills.
- Interpret data and turn it into meaningful information to offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.
- Gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends.
- Create dashboards and key trends using analytic tools like Power BI so users can get desired views.
- Automate all manual reports to reduce effort and save time.
- Participate in regular meetings with the automation team to track status and target to close all automation before time.
- Perform UATs when there are any new changes in dumps or reports are created.
- Provide UAT comments, document test results and deviations.
- Make changes in existing reports during re-org.
- Design new reports based on new requirements.

- Experience in developing various dashboards and reports.
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into meaningful information.
- Skills in gathering information from various sources and interpreting patterns and trends.
- Experience in performing UATs and documenting test results and deviations.
- Ability to design new reports based on new requirements.
- Experience in automating manual reports.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
