About the Role

Wipro is conducting a Walk-in Drive for Fresher's for a Risk & Fraud Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly document findings and decisions.
• Interpret policies, procedures, and complex case scenarios accurately.
• Make objective, policy-based decisions while handling sensitive content, user reports, and risk investigations.
• Identify patterns, trends, and risk indicators across multiple data points.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes with ownership, accountability, and commitment.
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Adapt to changing business requirements, policies, tools, and operational priorities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent comprehension skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools, workflow platforms, and technology-enabled investigation systems.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces, digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and evolving internet culture.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Basic understanding of data privacy, customer trust, platform integrity, and compliance principles.

Qualifications

• Graduation (should have all documents, PC & CMM Mandatory).
• Pursuing candidates (Graduation or Post Graduation) are not eligible.
• Only Fresher's are eligible to apply.
• Need immediate joiners.

Specifications

• Work location: Gopanpally, Hyderabad
• Must be flexible to Work from Office.
• Must be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts).
• Working days: 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.
