Job Title: Door Line Assembler - 1st Shift
About the Role
Quanex is seeking a Door Line Series Assembler for the 1st Shift at our Rice Lake, WI location.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
- Overtime: Needs vary daily.
- Starting Pay: $18.50/hr with annual pay increase opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine operation and setup
- Manual door screen fabrication and cloth installation
- Complete quality checks and maintain attention to detail
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve overall workflow efficiency
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proactively reporting potential hazards
- Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required.
