About the Role
The Cashier role at Endosys Automation is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Cashier is responsible for handling daily cash and electronic transactions, issuing receipts and invoices, and maintaining accurate records of payments. This role includes reconciling cash drawers, supporting basic billing activities, and coordinating with the accounts team to ensure that entries are properly recorded. The Cashier interacts with customers and internal stakeholders to answer payment-related queries and provide clear, courteous service. The role also involves following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting periodic audits and reporting as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong numerical aptitude and basic accounting knowledge, including cash handling, reconciliation, and familiarity with ledgers.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, billing software, and common office tools (e.g., MS Excel, email, and digital payment platforms).
- Effective communication and customer service skills to manage payment inquiries, explain charges, and maintain professional interactions.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in managing financial transactions and sensitive information.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with finance and operations teams.
- Completed secondary education; additional coursework in commerce, accounting, or business administration is beneficial.
- Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or accounts support is preferred; experience in an industrial or B2B environment is an advantage.
