About the Role

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Early Career Business Analyst to support healthcare technology projects and help clients improve their business processes. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced analysts, understand client needs, translate business requirements into clear documentation, and build foundational skills in data and process modeling. You will collaborate with technical and business teams, help verify system designs against client requirements, and develop your knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, and Visio.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts to identify opportunities to improve client business processes
• Translate client business needs and technical requirements into clear, understandable language
• Assist with analyzing and documenting system requirements and business processes
• Develop basic conceptual data and process models to assess the potential impact of system changes
• Execute and review test scenarios using existing test plans to verify that client requirements are reflected in system designs
• Participate in technical reviews and inspections to help ensure solutions meet client expectations
• Build proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio to support analysis and documentation tasks

Location and Work Arrangement

• Location: Montgomery, Alabama, United States
• Work arrangement: Remote opportunities are available for candidates in eligible U.S. locations. Candidates within commuting distance of Montgomery are preferred and may be required to work from the office as needed.
