Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized therapy programs for children with diverse physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Conduct detailed evaluations.
• Set measurable treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Document progress in a clear and timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with pediatricians, rehabilitation specialists, families, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Contribute to parent education sessions.
• Help refine therapeutic protocols and activities within the center.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BOT / MOT, MPT (Neuro)
• Experience in working with pediatric cases
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District.
• Requires regular interaction with children and families in a clinical and developmental setting.
