About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India.
- Supports senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment on infrastructure and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in wiring, panel work, and connections.
- Perform basic inspections.
- Help identify and resolve electrical issues under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures.
- Maintain tools and materials.
- Document work as required.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Adhere to company safety and quality standards at all times.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge in electricity and basic electrical principles.
- Practical skills in electrical work, including wiring, installation, and handling electrical tools.
- Abilities in maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshooting skills to assist in diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering concepts relevant to infrastructure projects.
- Ability to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings.
- Ability to take direction from senior team members.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability.
- Willingness to work on-site in varying project conditions.
Qualifications
- Relevant ITI/diploma or vocational training in electrical trade is preferred.
