About the Role
Weaver is seeking a Tax Associate to join our Tax Investment Funds practice. This role focuses on preparing various types of tax returns and providing tax-related services for clients, primarily within the investment funds and financial services industries. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in tax preparation, planning, and strategies specific to these industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare various types of tax returns.
- Provide tax-related services for clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA or CPA candidate.
- Basic understanding of the tax implications associated with financial products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Investment partnership tax experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
