About the Role
This is a full-time permanent role in Customer Success Service & Operations for Operations - Other.
Key Responsibilities
- Refill cash in multiple ATMs of the banks.
- Travel to ATM sites via company vehicle.
- Work a minimum of 9 hours, potentially more if required.
- Be available during weekends/holidays as per service requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Maths and counting cash.
- Basic communication skills in Bengali/Hindi.
- Punctuality.
- Consistent performance.
- Accountability for assigned ATMs.
- No history of fraud, misconduct, or criminal records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th pass.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in ATM operation and cash refilling is preferred but not mandatory.
