Outdoor Connections is a premium outdoor furniture brand specializing in bespoke furniture for residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. With in-house manufacturing and a strong focus on design and craftsmanship, we work closely with architects, interior designers, developers, and clients to create customized outdoor furniture solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join the Founder's Office, working closely with the founder and sales team. The role will primarily focus on sales coordination, business development, and client experience, alongside supporting key business initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries, lead follow-ups, and sales pipeline tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other business partners.
• Coordinate client meetings, showroom visits, product presentations, and customized furniture requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities to support conversions.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to delivery.
• Maintain sales trackers, client records, and reports on leads, conversions, and pending opportunities.
• Work closely with the founder on business development, growth initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, client servicing, and business operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A sales-oriented mindset with an interest in business development and client servicing.
• Good organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or operations is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and execution skills may also apply.
