Project Estimator

About the Role

We are a growing, U.S.-based third-party construction company specializing in hotel projects. We are seeking a highly organized Project Estimator to manage project takeoffs and coordinate team deliverables. This role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support projects from pre-construction through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate construction takeoffs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements
• Serve as a Reviewer for all project documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness before submission
• Assist with bidding processes, including coordinating subcontractor outreach, collecting proposals, and preparing bid comparisons
• Review and manage the Buyout Tracker and follow up with responsible parties
• Oversee and update the Submittal Tracker to ensure timely submissions and approvals
• Keep Lookahead Schedules accurate and up to date
• Maintain Checklist and Verification Trackers for project compliance
• Manage the Deadline Tracker and ensure accountability across the team

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with a background in Construction Management are also preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows, bidding processes, and documentation procedures
• Proficiency in using project management and construction tracking tools (specific platform experience not required)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure accountability in a remote team environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with buyout processes, submittal workflows, and lookahead schedules
• Experience with construction bidding and estimating software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or discrepancies in project deliverables

Additional Details

• Work Schedule: 5-Day Working (Monday to Friday)
• Shift Time: 5pm to 2am
• Work Location: In person (Vadodara, GJ)
• Candidates must be based in Vadodara or surrounding locations.
