Founder’s Office Internship

About the Role

Visanix Global operates in the supply and manufacturing of PTFE products and other industrial engineering plastics for industrial buyers, manufacturers, traders and businesses across India. This remote Founder's Office internship provides direct exposure to sales, business development, customer management and the practical execution of growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and communicate with prospective customers through calls, messages and other business channels.
• Manage leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other B2B platforms, understand buyer requirements and identify serious opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, pricing discussions, pending requirements and potential orders to support lead conversion.
• Research industrial manufacturers, buyers and new market opportunities across India.
• Work closely with the founder on business development initiatives, sales planning and operational assignments.
• Maintain lead databases, prepare sales reports and track customer conversations, quotations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams while taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring timely execution.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to business customers.
• Interest in sales, entrepreneurship, business development and how companies acquire and retain customers.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and manage responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and professional business communication.
• Freshers and undergraduate students with an interest in business and entrepreneurship are welcome to apply.

During this two-month internship, you will gain practical experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, IndiaMART and TradeIndia lead handling, market research, quotations, business operations and founder-led decision-making. The role is designed for someone who wants meaningful exposure to the activities involved in running and growing an industrial business.
