About the Role
Boxmate is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and grow its brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This is an entry-level, part-time, remote position requiring approximately 0–5 hours per week. The role involves planning and publishing consistent content, collaborating with a provided designer, and engaging with Boxmate’s growing audience. The Social Media Manager will help establish the brand’s presence from the ground up, monitor performance, and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a weekly social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with the provided designer to create engaging visuals and videos that align with Boxmate’s brand.
- Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Interact with followers to help build an active online community.
- Track social media analytics and adjust content strategies to support audience growth and engagement.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in social media and content creation.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
