About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Bengaluru. The Volunteer will support project teams working on experience innovation initiatives, assisting with research, documentation, and coordination across disciplines such as design, technology, and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and organizing information.
• Preparing presentation materials.
• Helping with event or workshop logistics.
• Supporting internal communication and collaboration.
• Learning and contributing to basic project tasks.
• Shadowing experienced team members.
• Participating in team meetings to understand client needs and solution approaches.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital experiences, technology, AI, or design, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and comfort working with diverse, global teams.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, follow through on commitments, and pay attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with common productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software) and openness to learn new tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated, proactive approach, with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory work practices.
• Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in fields such as business, technology, design, communications, or related areas is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and align with Valtech’s mission to create better experiences for clients and end users.
