About the Role

The Graphic Designer role at Born Restaurants & Nosh Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for restaurant and café branding, including menus, packaging, in-store signage, promotional materials, and digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate brand concepts into cohesive visual identities.
• Develop layouts and graphics that enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital use.
• Refine designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Stay current with design trends relevant to the Food and Beverage industry.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create engaging visual content across print and digital channels.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for restaurants and cafes.
• Skills in Typography to design clear, aesthetically pleasing layouts for menus, signage, and promotional materials.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, preferably in hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing brands.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Ideally hold a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Graphic Designer is an advantage.
