About the Role

This role is for an ESaaS - MSD - Functional - D365 ERP Product Owner/Scrum Master at Zensar Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for D365 F&O-based solutions.
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value realization goals.
• Prioritize features and backlog based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Act as the voice of the customer/business stakeholders.
• Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain) to identify opportunities.
• Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and solution validation sessions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines.
• Agile Delivery & Sprint Management
• Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
• Ensure timely delivery of sprints with focus on quality, velocity, and business value.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams.
• Retail Accounting Expertise
• Provide subject matter expertise on:
• Retail financial flows (invoices, ledgers, sales, returns, discounts, promotions).
• Revenue recognition and reconciliation.
• Inventory and cost accounting.
• Store-level financial operations.
• Ensure D365 solutions align with retail accounting standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance / Supply Chain / Solution Architect).
• Experience in Retail industry transformation programs specializing in accounting.
• Exposure to AI-driven insights / analytics within ERP.
• Experience in multi-country / global rollouts.
