About the Role
Acupath Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for an Entry-Level Financial Analyst position. This hybrid role supports both accounting and financial analysis functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Update bank and credit card transactions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparations of monthly and yearly closings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Support audit processes.
- Generate internal reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
