About the Role

• Location: Columbus, NE
• Duration: 12 Months
• Total Hours/week: 40.00
• Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Employment Type: Contract on W2
• Work Shift Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off; 3 days on, 2 days off; 2 days on, 3 days off
• Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SCF operations maintaining product quality and production levels.
• Work as a member of a team for maximum effectiveness.
• Product inspection.
• Operating equipment.
• Raw material and finished goods movement.
• Cleaning/sanitizing.
• Monitor machine functions and attempt to detect any conditions that are, or becoming out of control.
• Ensure compliance with client quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and client safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Uphold client Values.
• Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule.
• Clean machines and immediate work area.
• Responsible for stocking needed supplies for the room.
• Visually inspect and package product.
• Operate equipment and process functions.
• Conduct final inspections and perform process tests.
• Record accurate inspection data as required.
• Respond to and reset alarms, as needed.
• Sustain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.
• Work in a clean room environment.
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
• Work on repro as assigned by supervisor or lead.
• Stay focused on task, maximize amount of repro being completed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English or Spanish language proficiency (read, write, converse).
• Willing and able to work in a clean room environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-Level of Experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT.
• Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.
