Roles and Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
• Research and identify potential prospects, partners, and business opportunities.
• Assist with sales prospecting activities across relevant channels.
• Communicate with prospects and stakeholders to understand their needs and share relevant information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing stakeholders.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to support ongoing engagement.
• Maintain organized records of prospect interactions, follow-up activities, and relationship updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Track the progress of business development activities and share updates with the relevant team members.
• Contribute ideas and research to improve outreach, engagement, and business development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Business development, with an interest in supporting growth initiatives and identifying meaningful opportunities.
• Communication Skills, Sales Prospecting, and Relationship Management to engage stakeholders and build lasting professional connections.
• Consistency through effective Follow-Up Communication, helping maintain prospect engagement throughout the business development process.
