About the Role

As a Business Owner at Huscarl (YC P26), you will assume overall responsibility for the company's strategy, growth, and operational excellence. In your daily work, you will develop and review the company strategy, make business-critical decisions, and ensure that goals are clearly defined and achieved. You will lead the on-site team, coordinate central business processes, monitor finances and budgets, and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and investors. Additionally, you will identify new market opportunities, be responsible for key contract negotiations, and ensure the continuous development of products and services. The position is full-time and takes place on-site in Hyderabad, requiring a strong presence in operational business.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial Leadership & Strategy: Strong experience in business management, strategic planning, business development, and decision-making.
• Finance & Controlling: Confident handling of budget planning, financial reports, KPI analysis, and responsibility for profitability and growth.
• Operational Management: Competencies in designing efficient processes, organizational development, and building scalable structures.
• Team Leadership & Personnel Responsibility: Proven leadership experience, ability to motivate and develop employees, and constructive conflict management.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Very good written and verbal communication skills, professional handling of customers, partners, and investors.
• Market and Product Understanding: Strong interest in technology and innovation issues, experience in building or scaling products and services.
• General Requirements: Completed university degree in a business or technical field or comparable practical experience, high self-responsibility, resilience, and willingness to be present on-site in Hyderabad.
