Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
• Plans and formulates engineering programs.
• Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Evaluates and approves design changes, specification, and drawing releases.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Years of Experience
• Professional Presence
• Customer Interaction Experience
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

• Support to a government or internal program office on medium-to-large scale engineering projects
• Experience serving as a point of contact between engineering teams and external/internal customers
• Understanding of technical requirements
• Ability to brief project status to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience conducting meetings, briefings, and written correspondence with program or military sponsors
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply existing Standard Operating Procedures
• Familiarity with the FBM Program
