About the Role

• Project-specific engagement of approximately 4 months.
• Support ongoing legal and compliance projects, including data privacy and DPDP compliance assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client documents, processes, and existing practices.
• Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure timely project delivery, where necessary on-site at client’s premises.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist with assessments, reports, and recommendations.
• Draft policies, notices, contracts, and other legal documents.

Engagement Details

• Duration: 4 months.
• Type: Project-specific.
• Location: Primarily on-site in Coimbatore or Bangalore.
• Start: Immediate / As mutually agreed.
• Extension: May be extended depending on project requirements and performance.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• Prior experience or interest in data privacy, technology law, or legal compliance.
• Good legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
