Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Work closely with management to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR software, HRIS, and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• A proactive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage.
